It has a mixed culture with many disadvantage groups of the people who are still in the traditional society and the business. NES will focus on the children education, women literacy, vocational training and technical supports especially in the very poor community. It is expected that through the help of the local people that it will be possible to have literacy ratio increase along with the financial raise in the long term.
NES will use the volunteers from local schools and colleges for the motivation of the local parents for sending their kids to school. NES will provide the orientation class and workshop to volunteers with the necessary materials to provide the information to the local people.
NES may operate some staffs as a monitor of the program as well as may hire some technical staffs to involve in the vocational training for the locals. Periodic evaluations will be conducted to access the value of NES on;

  1. Helping the volunteers to become effective educators.
  2. Development of new understandings on the local people.
  3. The improvement of the literacy rate and the training.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION/STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
Major Problem in the poor community includes the education, poverty, health condition, lack of knowledge in the utilization of the local resources. A serious problem exists in the village of understanding the value of sending their children to the school. It is apparent that the parents do not have an understanding of long term benefits of sending their children to the school so that use are used for the child labor and domestic helper to the parents in less productive works.
The use of volunteers and staffs will counsel in community and individually the long term benefits of sending their children to school. Initially, it will be operated in one village development committee and may extend with the success of the program.
